Christopher S. McKellar
Christopher Scripps McKellar is President of Capella, a real estate developer based in San Diego California. Mr. McKellar began his real estate development career in 1971 and since that time has managed the acquisition, entitlement, financing, design, construction and marketing of over 7,000 attached and detached homes, 1,600 apartment units, 3.4 million square feet of commercial office, R&D and Industrial space. He has entitled and developed many large land subdivisions. All his developments were built primarily in San Diego, Orange County, Reno and Sacramento. In 1990 Mr. McKellar received the California Builder of the Year award and in the same year was named the Industry Professional of the Year by the San Diego Commercial and Industrial Council.
Mr. McKellar currently serves on the boards of Landmark Bank, The Bishop’s School, and the Neurosciences Institute, and is a member of the Coastal San Diego chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). McKellar has previously served on the boards of Scripps Financial Corporation, San Diego Opera, La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art, Medical Biology Institute, UCSD Board of Overseers, Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation, St. James by the Sea La Jolla (Vestry), the La Jolla YMCA, and the San Diego Literacy Council.

Jeff E. Johnson
Jeff E. Johnson is Executive Vice President of Capella. Mr. Johnson has been involved in real estate development since 1988 when he joined McKellar Development of La Jolla as general counsel. Over the years, he has participated in scores of major real estate transactions involving attached and detached homes, apartments, office, and industrial.
Mr. Johnson earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1980. He received his J.D. degree in 1983 from Hastings College of the Law, clerked for the California Court of Appeal, and worked at Gray Cary Ames & Frye from 1984 to 1988. He currently volunteers as a judge pro tem in the San Diego County Superior Court. Mr. Johnson is a member of the California State Bar and is a licensed California real estate broker.

Erik Good
Erik S. Good, Principal, has marketed, managed and leased over 3,300,000 square feet of institutional quality business / industrial parks, Class A, CBD and suburban office and flex properties. He has been directly involved with the acquisition and disposition of over 1.8 million square feet of multi-tenant business parks and office buildings. His activities have included acquisition, disposition, marketing, asset management and brokerage positions at Kilroy Realty Corporation and Grubb & Ellis and as a principal and partner with Newport Capital Advisors, and GW Realty, Inc.

Tim Good
Timothy B. Good, Principal, has thirty-five years of national commercial real estate experience in the development, acquisition, disposition and marketing of office, flex, business parks and industrial properties. He has facilitated the trade of over 6.75 million square feet of assets, leased over 5 million square feet and developed as a principal 490,000 square feet of multi-tenant office / business park space. He has extensive relationships with institutional and private owners, brokers and capital sources throughout the country. He was with Grubb & Ellis Company for sixteen years as Senior Vice President / National Marketing Director of Office Properties, Vice President of Investments, District Manager and leasing broker; McKellar Development of La Jolla as Senior Vice President, Principal and Member of the Board of Directors; CB Richard Ellis as Senior Associate, Investments; Senior Managing Director of Investments, Charles Dunn Company and as a principal and partner with Newport Capital Advisors, and GW Realty, Inc.
